Rivian 2025
The Rivian R1 has two body versions, the SUV is called R1S, and the pickup truck is called R1T.
The Rivian R1 went into production in 2021 and the first version had four motors. The “Quad-Motor” version has a separate motor for each wheel! In 2023, the “Dual-Motor” version with two motors was launched, and in 2024, the “Tri-Motor” version with three motors. All of the cars have 4-wheel-drive.
